Your plants need food just like you do. To grow vigorously they need to be fed and watered consistently with a high quality plant food. Jack's Classic^® is a totally soluble plant food source that you can apply continuously without worrying about feeding too much or burning your plants.

Watering your plants properly is important. You should water your plants only when they need it. How can you tell when they need it? Put your finger in the soil. When it is dry to your touch 1/2 to 1 inch deep it is time to water. How much water should I apply? Apply enough water to get some drainage through the bottom of your potted plants. Outdoors in ground beds apply enough to get a thorough root area drench, which is usually no more than 1/2 gallon per square foot.
